Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal and health data.

1. Data we collect

We collect the information you provide directly: account details, health metrics, lab reports, biomarker data, sleep and activity logs, nutrition information, goals, and AI conversation history.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to provide and improve AgeClarity features: calculating your score, generating insights and reports, answering your questions through AI, and displaying trends. We do not sell your data.

3. Data protection

All data is protected with row-level security, encrypted connections, and private storage. Only you can access your health data. Lab reports are stored in private buckets with signed URLs.

4. AI processing

AI features process your data to generate insights and summaries. You control which AI features can access your data. AI usage is logged with provider, model, and cost tracking. AI never silently modifies verified health data.

5. Your rights

You can export your data, delete specific records, or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy.

6. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.
