AgeClarity Score methodology

Version 1.0

Effective date: October 2026

Active

The AgeClarity Score is calculated by combining weighted inputs from six healthspan pillars: metabolic, movement, sleep, body, nutrition, and recovery. Each pillar contributes to the overall score based on the data available for that pillar. When data is missing for a pillar, the score adjusts to reflect only the pillars with available data—no values are estimated or imputed.

The score is designed to be a wellness-oriented indicator that helps you understand patterns in your health and lifestyle information. It is not a clinical measurement, does not predict lifespan, and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Limitations

The score depends on the quality and quantity of data you provide.

Missing data means certain pillars cannot be scored.

The methodology may change over time as the product evolves.

The score is not clinically validated and should not be used for medical decisions.

Trend interpretations are educational, not diagnostic.

The AgeClarity Age Estimate is an educational wellness estimate, not a clinical biological age measurement.
