You retain ownership of your health data. You may export or delete your data at any time. We protect your data with strict access controls and do not share it with third parties without your consent.

5. Membership and billing

Paid memberships are billed in USD. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. Prices and features may change with notice.

6. Limitation of liability

AgeClarity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on information provided by the platform.
